Judge’s Selection Procedure Nomination forms for selection of a National specialty conformation judge shall be mailed by the Judges Selection Committee to every member in good standing, as defined in the bylaws, and returned, by mail, postmarked by August 31. The mailing shall be conducted in even-numbered years. The nomination form shall encompass selection for three years of conformation judges. Completed nomination forms may also be hand delivered to the Club Recording Secretary no later than the commencement of the Annual Membership Meeting and prior to the count being tallied and reported during the meeting. Hand delivered nomination forms can only be submitted by members on their own behalf, or that of a family member. Under no circumstance is a member of the Judges Selection Committee, including its chairperson, eligible to be listed on the ballot while serving on the committee.
